The written collection

Three novels. One expanding universe.

The first three works establish The Luminaries Series. The books remain the primary work; the visual mini-series will extend their atmosphere with separate, shorter storylines rather than reproduce the novels in full.

BOOK I

The Origins of Shadows and Light

The opening novel and the gateway into The Luminaries Series — where shadow, light and consequence begin to define the world to come.

BOOK II

The Shadows of Redemption

The second novel carries the series forward into darker territory, where the possibility of redemption exists alongside the shadows left by what came before.

BOOK III

The novels lead. The visuals deepen the world.

Macca's process uses AI-generated imagery as a creative instrument for exploring settings, atmosphere and narrative possibilities before the story reaches its final written form.

The mini-series follows the same principle: it is not a substitute for the novels. It is another doorway into The Luminaries universe.

About the Author

Macca

“Stories built from worlds you can almost step into.”

Macca is a storyteller and creator of immersive worlds, crafting narratives that thrive on atmosphere, character development, and visionary futures. He incorporates AI-generated imagery into his creative journey, using it to explore settings, moods and narrative dynamics before finalising his stories in written form.

His work fuses cinematic storytelling with imaginative elements, employing technology to enhance creativity instead of substituting it. Macca crafts tales that transport readers into worlds they can almost inhabit.
